Frank Rebori Named to Hydraulic Institute Board of Directors

Smith & Loveless Inc. president Frank J. Rebori has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Hydraulic Institute (HI), the largest association of pump manufacturers and suppliers to the pump industry in North America, and the global authority on pumps and pumping systems.

LENEXA, Kan. — Smith & Loveless Inc. proudly announces the appointment of President Frank J. Rebori to the Board of Directors of the Hydraulic Institute (HI), a prestigious position within the largest association of pump manufacturers and suppliers in North America. The announcement was made during HI's 97th Annual Meeting in Litchfield Park, Ariz., held from February 6-11.

Rebori's addition to the board not only marks an industry distinction but also a strategic move, as he concurrently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Water & Wastewater Equipment Manufacturer’s Association (WWEMA), where he was recently appointed Chairman-Elect in 2014. This dual board participation is believed to be an industry first, fostering increased dialogue and technical exchange between these two prominent associations.

Rebori, the sixth president in Smith & Loveless' 65-plus year history since 2008, has played a pivotal role in expanding the company's wastewater equipment system offerings and global distribution. Under his leadership, Smith & Loveless Inc. has set higher standards for manufacturing quality and technical output, positioning itself as a leading force in the water and wastewater industry. His dual board memberships emphasize the company's commitment to collaboration, knowledge exchange, and industry leadership.
