Joe has more than 20 years of experience in the wastewater industry and currently serves as the Pumping Systems Manager with Smith and Loveless. As a former Operator and Maintenance Technician, he specializes in pump and pump station application, operation and troubleshooting. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and a Master’s Degree in Project Management.
