START™ Priming System
SONIC
STARTTM,
the revolutionary new idea in pump priming
is now available in all new pump stations
and as a retrofit for your current pump
stations.
Starting
August 2nd, 2004, every vacuum primed Pump
Station, PISTA® Grit Turbo
Pump and Rotating Assembly ordered from
Smith & Loveless will come standard with
the revolutionary new SONIC STARTTM
priming system technology. With the
patent applied for and pending, the
self-cleaning SONIC STARTTM
priming system makes cleaning electrodes a
thing of the past.
The
SONIC STARTTM
technology was designed, tested and refined
until the system produced the desired
results - a self-cleaning and reliable prime
sensing system. Then came the real
test - field-tests. The field-tests
were installed on high grease, problem
installations. Each installation was
selected because the electrodes required
cleaning 2 to 3 times a week.
Field-test after field-test has produced the
same results . . . amazed operators no
longer having to clean grease and other
build-up from electrodes or the SONIC
STARTTM
probe. They all asked the same question,
"When can I buy some for my other
vacuum primed pumps?" Now
they can.
PumpLogix™
The PumpLogixTM
controller is an easy-to-see and easy-to-set
automatic duplex pump control and alarm
monitoring system. The HMI interface
makes installation and operation a simple
process. The graphical display shows
the wet well level, pump on/off setpoints
and the high and low alarm setpoints.
It's ultra-bright daylight viewable LED's
for all setpoints and configuration
information make it a winner in everyone's
book.
