Sleek, Easy-Roll Enclosure

Totally updated, the easy-roll split station enclosure is the first clue of the FORMULA X® design changes. With even more easy operator access to the pumps and controls, the new split enclosure features:

• Natural green tone fiberglass with improved UV resistance properties.

• Convenient unlatch/latch entry and open mechanism per enclosure section.

• Sleek split enclosure for convenient half-opening access to station and controls.

• Smooth enclosure opening utilizing polyurethane easy-roll wheels with solid stainless steel axles and anodized aluminum track for low friction enclosure opening and closing — no lubrication required.

• Simple lid removal uses convenient recessed handles to remove each half within seconds, without the use of tools or hoisting equipment. This provides 360-degree access to motors, pumps and controls.

• “No-lift” enclosure design will meet OSHA’s maximum available lift requirements for the foreseeable future.

Heavy-Duty Base Just Got Even Tougher

The FORMULA X® base is even tougher than before. This rugged base features:

• Heavy-duty base (increased 33 percent to ½" thick) adds not only long-term durability, but also improved stability, strength and pump support.

• Proven Smith & Loveless VERSAPOX^® epoxy coating uniformly covers the entire base, providing excellent protection of the base environment.

• Abrasion resistant 6-8 mil thick XTRAGUARD™ epoxy coating weighs in with powerful additional protection of the bottom of the base from the wet well environment.

• XTRATHANE™ additionally protects the top of the base from the elements and gives the station a shine that keeps it looking good year in and year out. 

Versatile Wet Well Access

The popular flip open wet well manway access cover is even more easy and convenient in the FORMULA X®. It features:

• Split, reinforced design so that one side can be open and the other closed, providing a stable platform when making wet well observations. Both sides of the wet well access cover can be raised together from a single lift point for full, maximum wet well access.

• Stainless steel full-length continuous hinge provides a durable connection of the wet well observation/access cover.

• Tamper resistant stainless steel screws utilized on the manway entrance and station enclosure provide further protection from tampering by unauthorized persons.
